Belbin

Comprises of different roles within a team, leading to optimal performance.

(Coordinator, Monitor Evaluator, Implementer, Plant, Teamworker, Completer Finisher, Resource Investigator, Shaper, Specialist)

Mintzberg

Great for those in management roles, Mintzberg looks at ten different roles (figurehead, leader, liaison, monitor, disseminator, spokesman, negotiator, disturbance handler entrepenuer and resource allocator) placed into three different categories (technical, conceptual or interpersonal management). 

Myer-Briggs

The Myer-Briggs Type Indicator provides a foundation for life-long personal development. 

Build a Terrarium

We love these workshops! We group your team members into smaller groups and then each team works together to identify what a good foundation is, how many levels are needed for a productive team, the complexity of creating a healthy team environment and identify what are the nurturing requirements. 

We did this for a local high school and their teachers. It was fascinating to see how different each of the terrariums turned out and the reasoning behind each decision - fascinating, funny and a great session!

Best of all, the terrariums went back to the high school so was a lovely ongoing reminder of the team building workshop. 

As a qualified horticulturist, our Founder - Kylie Johnson - runs these workshops herself - yet another feather in her cap!
